Now Solutions Integration Group Inc. (or "Now Solutions Group" or "NSG") is a private Canadian corporation. This Privacy Statement explains our privacy practices for our clients, users, system members, prospective members and website visitors who have transactions with us through our websites, portals, InsuranceAssist system, Learning Management System, telephone, Internet services, faxes and other means of communications. In this Privacy Statement the terms “NSG”,“we” and “our” refers to Now Solutions Integration Group Inc. including all our Offices in different geographic locations.

Personal information means information that would identify a specific individual or information that can be directly associated with an individual. Personal information does not include aggregate information from which individual identities have been removed.
We do not automatically gather any personal information from you, except when it is provided to us voluntarily by the site visitor with their consent. Site visitors can visit the public sections of our website without revealing any personal information. NSG does reserve the right, however, to collect and perform statistical analysis of the Internet traffic of the NSG websites and portals for its internal use. However, information collected does not allow NSG to identify any individual or any personal information of the visitor.
As part of our business operations, we hold and use certain personal information pertaining to our Clients, Registered User, and Partner organizations in order to provide services, process requests, track transaction provided as part of providing our services and to understand the needs of each group so that we can serve you better.

To make the site visitor's experience on our website and portals easier, NSG may use per-session "cookies" (session identifiers) to track the state of the visitor session. This "cookie" is destroyed when the session with our website is over.

Our InsuranceAssist members and registered users are entitled to access the personal information held by us concerning them. We will generally respond to your request for information within thirty days, unless, for reasons beyond our control, a longer response time is necessary, in which case, you will be advised accordingly.
